Department of Employment and Industrial Relations (DEIR) – This site provides information about your rights and obligations as an employee and/or your responsibilities and obligations as an employer.

Industrial Relations Society of Queensland (IRSQ) – has over 450 industrial relations professionals as members including academics, state and federal government HR and IR practitioners, union officials, students, lawyers, advocates and consultants, and tribunal members. The IRSQ exists to provide members with opportunities to network, learn and develop their skills as industrial relations practitioners.

The Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC)

Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) – is the national association representing human resource and people management professionals and currently has in excess of 17,500 members.

Fair Work Australia (FWA) is the national workplace relations tribunal.  It is an independent body with power to carry out a range of functions related to enterprise bargaining, industrial action, dispute resolution, termination of employment and other workplace matters.
